I am an Ecologist broadly interested in understanding Earth’s biodiversity. My research is united by the question, “What processes maintain biodiversity in a variable and changing world?”
In my research, I use mathematical models, statistics, machine learning, and experiments to understand the dynamics of biodiversity in an ever-changing world.
I am passionate about translating complex scientific concepts into clear, accessible language. I am an experienced mentor and teacher with a strong commitment to advancing sustainability.
